HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Please note the final day to order for estimated pre-Christmas delivery is the 15th of December 2023. 

Our warehouse will be closed from the 25th of December 2023 through to the 5th of January 2024. Orders placed during this time will be dispatched promptly on the 6th of January. 

STANDARD DELIVERY 

Australia

IN THE SAC is pleased to offer free delivery for all orders delivered within Australia.  We work with third party couriers Direct Freight and Australia Post to ensure your order arrives to you quickly and safely.

International

We ship internationally via DHL for a flat fee of $45. Please note, local customs and duties fees may apply for some international orders.


ORDER TRACKING 

All orders will receive a unique tracking number sent via shipping confirmation email. Progress of the delivery can be monitored using the tracking number and/or link in the email confirmation. All deliveries are made via registered courier and will require signature on delivery. Should an ATL (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes, then the customer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier.

 
RETURNS

IN THE SAC Guarantee 

We are proud of the workmanship and quality controls we have in place to make sure the products we are producing are of the highest standard. 
 
If you are not satisfied, ordered the wrong size or have had a change of mind we are happy to refund or exchange your full price or promotional purchase, providing the goods are returned to us unused and in their original condition within 28 days of purchase. 
 
Sale items, or items purchased with a discount of more than 25% cannot be returned for a refund, unless faulty. Where possible, exchange or credit note can be organised for return of these items.

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights

 
REQUEST A RETURN

Please include your name, order number and reason for return.  Unless by prior arrangement returns will be accepted by Australia Post, and we recommend registered post as in the event the package is lost in transit we will not be liable. Return shipping costs for exchange or change of mind items are non-refundable.

After inspection of the goods, items will be credited to the method of purchase within 14 days of receipt.
